  I have been with the Trombley Agency for several years. The staff is very client oriented and will go the extra mile anytime they can help you. The office is centrally located with very good off street parking. Telephone calls are returned in a timely fashion. A regular review of your insurance coverage is encouraged. Their claim handling is outstanding. This is one of the only insurance offices that will call you if they see a discount that you may be missing. My children now have their insurance with Steve.

  Awesome service, and nice people. We are longtime Trombley Agency clients and big fans! When I first heard the telltale drip in the ceiling on last August that led us to discover our leaky washing machine and the damage to our floors, rugs, ceilings and walls, I was at a loss as to what to do. From my first phone call the next morning to Steve Trombley’s State Farm Insurance office, to the arrival of a Service Master supervisor three hours later, to the efficiency and competence of the Service Master Crew, to the friendly and understanding service of the State Farm Claims Department, and the expert sequencing and high-quality handiwork of Jim and Ryan at Francoeur Construction (arranged by State Farm) and their floor sub-contractor, we were impressed. During what was a discombobulated time in our house and schedules, little things could easily have thrown us off kilter, but literally everyone who participated in helping us was friendly, on time, considerate and accomplished their part without a hitch. I can well imagine, given how I felt, that many homeowners complain about their experiences with this process, but everyone did a great job! We have worked with Steve's office enough on insurance matters to know how well run it is, but the unflappable responses and follow-up phone calls made me realize that it was all going to be fine, even when it didn’t look so good around here. The Claims Office in Saratoga helped me to negotiate the phone maze as we passed from one person there to another depending on where in the process we were. Phone calls were returned and questions answered, always with a smile in their voice and all the information I would need. Service Master was quickly on the scene, the “demo” crew really knew their business, they checked in daily to make sure that all was proceeding to plan, and the “take-out girl” dismantled all the machines and whisked them away without a modicum of fuss. The whole thing was professional and as non-intrusive as I can imagine any water-leak clean-up can be. Jim Francouer managed to get to our house at a time convenient for us, sequenced the work so that people arrived in order as if they were sitting at the end of the road waiting for it to be their turn, and his employee Ryan not only works quickly and does neat and quality work, but is also personable and always willing to explain what he is doing, what comes next, and how it will all hang together. Paul, who laid the bathroom floor, did elegant work and toiled hard on a really hot day to be in and out of our house in eight or nine hours, explaining when he needed to leave, why he was doing so and when he would be back. We thank them all for being our team. It was great having them in our corner! Although we hope that we will never have a recurrence of any problems, we know that if we do, it will all be okay!

  I have been a customer of Steve Trombley's State Farm for 25 years. They have an excellent product and provide the best customer service I've ever had. They watch your portfolio of insurance's and offer discounts when appropriate. Steve shows the same respect to their employees, as they are always happy and more than willing to help. I always refer them to friends and family as the first choice to look at for insurance!

  Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Welcoming Having moved to South Portland from out of state, I was confused and overwhelmed with the insurance industry. After meeting with Steve Trombley, I was confident I was being taken care of by a knowledgeable staff. Not only did he explain my car insurance in a way I could understand, He also helped recommend businesses and activities for me to join within the city. I recommend everyone to him.
